Sarah is passionate about movement and well-being, on body and mind. She is a contemporary and a classical dancer and she discovered yoga during her dance studies in London, then in New York. Sarah quickly realizes that yoga allows her not only to balance her body and therefore minimize dance-related injuries, but also to be more mentally serene and close to her artistic authenticity. She therefore decides to go to the source of this wonderful practice in India where she will return several time
